It is used for fixing large tiles, ceramic, porcelain ceramic, granite and natural stone on mineral based surfaces. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor, vertical and horizontal application. It can be applied on bottom heated surfaces, balconies, terraces and all concrete building compounds.
The surface must be sound and bearing and free of dust, grease and dirt. It can be applied on both dry and damp surfaces. Surface repairs should be completed with RB-CAL500 in 24 hours before application. No primer application is required for extruded and expanded polystyrene boards, tile, and natural stone covered surfaces. Painted surfaces should absolutely be sanded and purified from dust.
High absorbent surfaces should be humidified prior to application.
RB-TAP 25P is added into cold and clean water and stirred until it is completely free of lumps. After a maturing time of 5 minutes, material can be applied on the surface by using a proper notched trowel in compliance with the dimensions of the tile. Tiles are fixed on the surface.
Since the product is cement based, its contact with water produces alkaline reaction. Rinse thorough with water in case of its contact with eyes and skin
